What is in our prices and how you pay – chapter by chapter.
The Weight Doctors offer medically supervised, scientifically tested ways to reduce weight – from the first consultation to aftercare. Charges are made exactly according to the services provided for you. We do not measure ourselves against offers that are defined by price alone, but by well-founded advice and specialist medical care from the very first minute. Even years after the procedure, our doors are open to you.
No additional or hidden costs will come your way. Services that are often charged extra are already included in all our prices – alongside the actual treatment, for example the following. What each treatment includes in detail is shown by the overview of services.
With Weight Doctors® GLP-1 pharmacotherapy the medication is not included in the price: you redeem your e-prescription at a pharmacy of your choice.
All prices are starting prices. We set the exact price in the consultation – according to the services provided for you. For procedures involving an intervention, private-practice pre- and aftercare is already included.

From more than 60,000 treatments supported, we have improved our processes step by step. Direct contact with the manufacturers, our own clinics and the Weight Doctors® Nationalklinik in Wertheim, connected to the public healthcare network, help us save costs – without compromising on quality.
We do not save on the medicine: at Weight Doctors®, specialists in gastroenterology and visceral surgery treat at 23 locations in 6 countries to the same quality standards. We rely on quality products from well-known manufacturers, on scientifically studied procedures and on complete care with app, 3D Bodyscans and, where applicable, a DNA analysis.

You can pay with all common debit and credit cards, in cash or by bank transfer. Or you can pay in instalments through our partner Capitec.
To confirm your treatment appointment, you first pay a deposit; this reserves the appointment firmly for you. Before the treatment, you pay the remaining amount using one of the payment options mentioned. If you have chosen financing via Capitec and your application is approved, we handle the payment processing directly with Capitec.
Yes. Every medical treatment involves risks. At the Weight Doctors you can insure yourself against follow-up costs that arise if further treatment becomes necessary after your treatment. The insurance premiums are transparent and low in relation to the treatment costs. We discuss in the consultation which follow-up cost insurance may be suitable for you.
Through our partner Capitec you can spread the costs over monthly instalments (subject to a credit check). More under Paying in instalments.
No. Consultation, procedure and aftercare are included in the price, as are 1 year of the app with Weight Doctors® Mira, digital scales, two 3D Bodyscans and, with GLP-1 pharmacotherapy, a DNA analysis where applicable. Additional costs only arise if a gastric balloon is removed early at your own request (€750).

The prerequisite for any treatment is a medical indication and the approval of our specialists, who examine each case individually and take responsibility for it.
