At all other Weight Doctors locations, private clinics hold regional licenses in accordance with §30 GewO with a specific focus on treatments in elective medicine. Specialist clinics of this kind are very different from medical specialist practices. With this licensing the prerequisites for inpatient accommodation of patients are ensured and the applicable regulations for medical care, hygiene standards, medical equipment and medical devices are adhered and regularly audited by the supervisory authorities and public health departments.
