This patented system includes medically advanced equipment and materials developed by USGI Medical, which allow our specialists to reduce stomach volume from the inside—endoscopically and without incisions.
    The procedure is performed under general anesthesia using a gastroscopy (a type of endoscopic procedure). It typically takes just 60-90 minutes. Although an overnight stay in the clinic isn’t usually necessary, we recommend it to ensure patient safety and comfort. Post-treatment, patients follow a special liquid diet for the first two weeks. With the experienced support from the Weight Doctors® 360 Coaches, this diet gradually includes more foods and textures—until patients return to a normal diet without restrictions.

    The Endo-Sleeve using the pose® 3.0 Double Helix technology is a very safe, minimally invasive, and well-tolerated treatment. Complications are rare and typically mild. If they do occur, they are usually manageable without surgery. Examples include: minor bleeding from suture sites, hematomas, or rare injuries to the stomach or esophagus.
